Those Nights at Fredbears

Five Nights at Freddy's inspires the fan-created game Those Nights at Fredbears. Fredbear's Family Diner integrates adaptability and survival.

To dodge patrolling animatronics, players must observe, listen, and move strategically over the course of several nights.

Overview

Compared to typical "sitting still" gameplay, Those Nights at Fredbear's is a more dramatic experience since it combines basic FNAF with free-roaming survival.

Free Motion

  • Players are not restricted to a workplace.
  • In Fredbear's Family Diner, they have access to several rooms, hallways, and service facilities.
  • Animatronics can appear anywhere; therefore, movement needs to be planned.

Animatronic Patrolling

  • There is no set path that Fredbear and Spring Bonnie take as they wander about the building.
  • They respond to the player's actions and listen to sounds.
  • They adjust and become more hostile in the nights that follow.

Survival through Sound

  • To determine the animatronic's location, players must listen for footsteps, metallic noises, and machinery sounds.
  • When choosing whether to run, hide, or remain motionless, sound plays a critical role.

Resource Administration

Some versions and remakes include power systems, lights, and other support equipment.

Because utilizing too many resources will leave you open to attack, players must strike a balance between safety and exploration.

Getting Harder

Every night brings a new region, a new animatronic behavior, or a new threat.

Alternating between leisurely investigation and surprising pursuits maintains the suspense.

You will be the player who wins if you conquer your fear. I wish you luck!
