Majesty, welcome to the Kingdom of Marionettes. That's a taunt. Take on the role of a new security guard in an abandoned puppet theater. Indie developer Thepipi (Thepipiw) built this Ren'Py-powered horror-romance visual novel demo.

A theater run entirely by puppets

Theater performances are gone, leaving only quiet and puppets. Your only job is to guard at night. In horror, things are rarely as easy as they seem, and "Your Majesty", used to address you right away, hints at something or someone lurking.

Meet the characters

King of Marionettes centers on the players and a diverse cast. Most prominent is Jestyn, a jester-like puppet who frequently appears in dialogue and has sparked debate among players. Knighter, Wizzy, Prieston, and "Farmer" add to the theater's creepy atmosphere.
